“Two are better than one, because they have a good [more satisfying] reward for their labor; for if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie down together, then they have warmth; but how can one be warm alone? And though a man might prevail against him who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 ->me: All my mind kept running to when reading these four verses was…YOU! You are on this journey with me. Men of my Life Group -> you are the ones where we help each other in regards to support in the pitfalls of life. Marianne, your companionship keeps my spiritual thermometer HOT and of course warmth at night is wonderful. All of my close family and friends, we provide each other a protective barrier so that none of us is robbed of the feeling of being loved. What is the coolest is that even if I was physically alone, I have the companionship, protection, and peaceful warmth of the Son of God. When any other brother or sister in Christ is added to that mix we become an earthly cord not easily broken.
